Welcome to IPI India (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the IPI India mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. Certain features are available only to verified members of the Indian Plastics Institute (IPI). You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided by you is accurate and up to date.

2. User Accounts
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with any other person. Any activity performed through your account will be treated as authorized by you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Membership and Directory
   Member profiles and directories are provided strictly for professional networking and association-related purposes. Use of member information for spam, solicitation, or unauthorized commercial communication is strictly prohibited. Visibility of contact details depends on individual member privacy settings.

4. Events and Registrations
   Event registrations may be subject to eligibility criteria and capacity limits. Event details, fees, and schedules are displayed before registration. Event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments
   Payments for events or services, where applicable, are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. IPI India does not store credit or debit card information. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the specific event or service policy.

6. Content and Media
   All content available on the Platform, including text, images, logos, videos, and documents, is the property of IPI India or used with appropriate permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Use
   You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Upload malicious or harmful content

• Misuse member data or impersonate another person

• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Platform

8. Notifications
   By using the Platform, you consent to receive push notifications related to announcements, events, and account activity. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

9. Account Suspension or Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or if required by law or regulatory authority.

10. Disclaimer
    The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. IPI India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
