1. To confirm the Minutes of the 34^th Annual General Meeting of Indian Plastics Institute was held on Saturday the 15^th September 2019 at 3.30 p.m. at Indian Plastics Institute HO Office, 30 Sarvodaya Industrial Estate, 1^st Floor, Near Paper Box Factory, Off Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400093.

2. To Consider and adopt the Annual Report of the Governing Council for the year ended 31^st March 2020.

3. To Consider and adopt Auditors Report and the Audited Statements of Accounts for the year ended 31^st March 2020.

4. To appoint auditors for the year 2021-2022 and to fix their remuneration.

5. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
