Job Summary:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our packaging materials to potential customers. This role requires a combination of fieldwork, telephone communication, and online engagement to reach out to prospective clients and build long-lasting relationships. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue and expand our market presence through effective marketing strategies.




  • Sales Generation: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers to introduce our range of packaging materials. Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Fieldwork: Conduct on-site visits to businesses, manufacturing units, and retail stores to understand their packaging needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Telephone Communication: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, follow up on leads, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products to secure sales opportunities.
  • Online Communications: Leverage digital platforms, including email, social media, and other online channels, to reach a wider audience and expand the customer base.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong business relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitors' activities. Use this knowledge to refine marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development progress. Provide regular reports to managing partner directly on sales performance and market insights.
  • Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.



  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the packaging materials industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients in person, over the phone, and online.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
  • A go-getter attitude with a passion for achieving results.
  • Flexibility to travel for fieldwork and attend industry events and conferences when required.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and industry trends is a plus.
